The Trenker bakery has been producing traditional South Tyrolean bread specialties since 1954 at 1,240 m altitude in the UNESCO Dolomites region.
Rye flour (77%), sourdough (rye flour, water), wheat flour, salt, yeast, fennel (1.6%), caraway (1.3%), spices, malted wheat flour, barley malt flour.
